Monday

When my roommate moves out this weekend, I will be left with:

1. One (1) bed
2. One (1) refrigerator magnet
3. One (1) broken blue tea kettle
4. One (1) package of plastic forks

It is rather alarming. One would think that by the age of twenty-four, one would have accumulated more material goods.

You may borrow my fully functioning blue tea kettle.

And you can have one of my refrigerator's magnets.

Can I have a fork?

If you had your own material things, other than his obvious use, RBF would be redundant, wot?

Less things to move, less things to clean, less things to break.

We can take up a collection to get you things. I have a spare plate and glass you can have. It's the least I can do for the boredom relief and entertainment value I get by reading your blog.

Oh wait...RBF will need something to eat off of too...ok, I'll come up with a set for him too.

It's great to have all the necessities, but the others are right. Moving them is no fun at all.

That stuff doesn't really matter. How many shoes do you own? See? Exactly.

I think you should get rid of something before things get totally out of hand.

What about the vibrator?

Damn, girl. We just gave a bag of multiple household accumulations (is this a word?)to our housekeeper because seriously, why wouldn't someone need three appartment-sized ironing boards from Ikea?

I didn't until I got married. Then when I got divorced I took it all with me. It's amazing what you accumulate when you aren't getting laid.

Well, go to sally's closet and get what ever you need. Then you get engaged have an engagment party and register at Sears and get everything you need.
Oh, or you can have a fake engagment party!
